Diary Of a Wimpy Kid by: Jeff Kinney

Greg has this crazy idea that when he grows up he'll be famous so that's why he's writing in his journal, so that one day when he's famous instead of wasting his time telling people about himself he can just hand over his journal. Greg's journal is filled with the most funniest things that he goes through in his life, but for now he's still in middle school.

This is a great book and it is hilarious. I couldn't stop reading it. I recommend this book to anyone, but mostly people who like funny books.

The Curious Incident of a Dog in the Night Time by: Mike Haddon

Christopher decides to write a book about his neighbor's dog being killed and track down the person that did this horrible crime. When he investigates he not only finds a shocking truth but evidence to it too.

This story is a sad book but such a good one. The few last chapters were amazing and I couldn't stop reading until the last page. This book has given me a better understanding of people and how hard life is. Sometimes I can feel like I am one of the characters in that book and what I am feeling at that time in the book. It is a great book that I will never forget.I would reccommend this book to people who like mysteries

Candy Floss by: Ja

When Floss finds out that her mom and her step dad decide to move to Australia she is heart broken to leave her dad behind so she decides to say good bye to her mom and hello to her dad's greasy chip butty restaurant. She knows that his restaurant isn't doing well but she is sure that she wants to help her dad and save the restaurant.

I like this book I am used to reading Jacqueline Wilson's stories, but my favorite out of her books is The Lotty Project. This book was still good and is second best out of her stories.
